“WTW has partnered with Herring Seminars & Consulting on multiple occasions to provide impactful and engaging live virtual training to both entry level colleagues and senior leadership. We recently launched a sponsorship program for a specific talent pool within the organization and we relied heavily on Christine’s knowledge and resources for level setting the importance of the sponsorship program for leaders who raised their hand to act as a sponsor to a diverse colleague. The training was impactful and intimate with 1:1 breakout sessions to speak to our individual backgrounds and personal instances where we either benefited from or had been disadvantaged by unconscious bias. One particular exercise was so impactful on examining our personal networks diversity, it motivated multiple colleagues to truly be more intentional and make personal changes to increase the diversity representation of their personal circle. 

We have also partnered with Herring Seminars & Consulting to provide training to line managers of underrepresented talent, and vice versa provided a voluntary opportunity for diverse colleagues to participate in a training on overcoming self-doubt in the workplace.
